No doubt company is very good. But..

There are several things to dislike... If you want to joint this company you should have good quality of politics.. and if your surname Shrivastava "LALA".. you can survive this company just like damad..if another you have actual skill then sorry. You can't survive anymore this company mostly in WEST zone ( GJ, MP and MH) Because big lala Mr. Shiv Shrivastava Regional head.. of this zone. He will not let to do and survive anymore.. Because he has no any quality of Boss. He has chaprashi quality actually, who is always surrounded by sycophants. Very raw from their ear. Who are handled operated by another Lala or some chaplus.. he is very good quality of bark. No team motivation, no appreciation to their team members except some chaplus.. that's why from 22 team members now 10 members are there now. Overall management are blind fully Dhratrastra system no efforts in MP location for business... Parsi thali MH and GJ ki mili hai to khana hai bas usko aur bhonkna hai.. he is taking everything is personally and khunnas.. very good planner to eat any innocent job... My personally suggestion please don't join of this company else suddenly you get call from HR from do resignation without any valid reason. So dear if you want to join in these state (MP,GJ and MH) please don't join.. I have never seen this kind of culture in my 17 years sales experience.....Read More

There is nothing much to like in this organization. Having a very high attrition rate, there is no such scope for personal development and career growth. Dictatorship is a big challenge here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No career growth. Senior management take decision which normally changes every alternate day, and employees have to cop up with that. Completely lala baniya culture.

Everybody just wasting time. HR head is very cunning and doesn't care of employees. All HR employees are just considering themselves as owners. They impose 2 year bond for slavery and hold the salary when you resign. Please take the salary and leave immediately. No work to most of the employees. They hire employees on high post but do not assign people below then for work. Everything is experimenting here.No future plan for employees growth. Still struggling with forming of policies and implementation, No job security either you are accept the outlook regardless or you are a no body. Employees do not matter, water filter is connected to the recycled water connect from the waste water line. There are Many, A small one is. There is a bond for slavery in the company. Every new employees needs to fill the bond of on job training with half of the CTC against breaking the bond.
