1. They won't release money to improve infrastructure 2. It will not looks like proper corporate company, its looks similar to call centre. 3. When you exit from company with health issues if you are in commitment no one can help you to get certificate back 4. Don't think of appraisal you won't get not more than 15%. 5. Team politics 6. Late salary sometimes it will get on 12-13 days later in a month.
