How can I write positives on a fraud company

I have worked here s a recruiter. They gave us some targets on the first day itself. Suppose the OJT is for 12 days from the 10th day itself they start to terminate staffs by saying their performance were poor" how can they evaluate one's performance still he/she completes the targets?" I completed my ojt but they didn't keep the word they have said. Never trust the positive reviews here.
