Things will fall into place if you keep the right attitude. Opportunities are given to the ambitious individuals. Projects will allow you to show your abilities and prove yourself. Clients of the company are known names and serving them will help you grow in confidence. I am having a good time over here. Recommending this one.

No hygiene No Management No supporting managers No HR Support Over all very bad experience with this company they don’t have humanity to communicate if some one is facing salary issues they have their own terms and conditions,Specially HR and support team only have excuses(as per company policy)

The work environment is pretty chilled out, there's lot of growth opportunities as the company is expanding. We get to learn lot from our client would like to thanks to the management to have us interact with the client and share our views.

There has to be a skip meet with the HR to all the employees can share their concerns,also the salary to be paid on the 1st of every month. Management should come ip with inventive or commission plan for the Employees

Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

The company has use less Deputy Managers who will suck the blood out of you. If you get PL (Paid Leave) they will ask you to compensate it by working on your weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. Those who've worked here know the company offers great benefits. I've been here for two years and never had issues with taking leave, or even while claiming health insurance when I needed it for my wife treatment. They also support various initiative like Mind meditation camps, education in remote villages, and COVID relief efforts. Thanks to the company for being the best for us and for society.

Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation.
