After just one month, I decided to resign due to the extreme work pressure. They expect you to create four home pages in a single day, which is highly unrealistic. There is no standard 9-hour shift; instead, you’re required to deliver at least four home pages daily, regardless of how you manage it. Very Bad Behavior on the floor by TL's and managers. No self-respect to employees...!!! Very low percentages of Hikes. Working pressure on Saturday's, Sunday's or any festival holidays. Treating Employee as a Salve. Very Poor.
