Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am working here from last 2 years but still not having any appraisal at all and no chance of getting it in near future. They have not given any salary hike to there staffs from last 3 years. The work place is very bad with zero hygiene and no basic facilities like drinking water, clean washrooms etc. During pandemic they have supported us by giving salary of 1 and half month without working. No other benefits are given, even they have deducted 20 % salary after lockdown for 6 months....Read More

I have very bad experience of working here in VRL because it is very difficult for anybody to grow in this company. The higher management is not giving any attention towards the employees welfare. The inner politics is so bad that they to satisfy personal ego the managers can spoil anybody's career.
