I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company ever I have worked in!

Everything! Starting from management to the people who manages the teams! I was laid off without any compensation and was not even given the last month's salary which I worked and I had to send the laptop (which was a used one and faulty too when I first received it) back to them on my own expense.

Vodafone can’t provide better broadband services to their customers for which cx will give you negative feedback and will call you back again again as they can’t fix their customers issue before 48 hours and it impacts adviser score and then they will put their employees in PIP and after 3 month’s they will kick you out
