No such work-life balance thing left in company, very very very micromanagement from management, no good hike (most of the cases 2-5%). Don’t need to think about promotions, no promotions. Working hours flexible but flexibility means start early level very late even midnight.

Best part of working in Vodafone is that we were not required to go to office, just once or twice in a month office visit was fine also salary provided was also very good.

No learning, rotational shifts including night shifts, everyday used to work for 10+ hours and working during weekends also

There are many employees in vois who even don't know some basic stuff like windows functioning, basics of ms excel. I was working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. People management is horrible. Management focuses on boot-licking. Excessive focus on events. Promotions are based not on performance but on how much boot-licking one does and how much one participates in event-planning. Concerns within the team are grossly disregarded by management which leads to unhealthy team environment and unnecessary stress for employees. More focus on petty politics than on actual work-tasks. Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses
