Fresher Don't join. This company Lacks in Skill development and learning. Other MNC like Cognizant is far better in providing Skill development. There is no Job security for GET. This year they laid off more than 120 GET without proper reason.

Worst company to work for to be honest, They just give you false hope. In first place they told you that your future going to be Brighter because you are part of this organization and all But an fraction of minutes they can terminate you by saying you didn't meet our criteria and when ask they are like there are too many parameter which we think of and we cant disclosed but the main reason is they dont have project. So think before you join they just wasted my 8 month by saying you are going to get a project soon. As well they will keep you on bench but will say there is no bench period in our organization. And terminate you by saying there is no possibility of layoff in our organization so please think wisely before join On 4th of march they just terminate us and that also on teams by taking 15min zoom call and literally force us to give resignation or otherwise they will terminate us and can mention any reason. There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

There are many employees in vois who even don't know some basic stuff like windows functioning, basics of ms excel. I was working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. People management is horrible. Management focuses on boot-licking. Excessive focus on events. Promotions are based not on performance but on how much boot-licking one does and how much one participates in event-planning. Concerns within the team are grossly disregarded by management which leads to unhealthy team environment and unnecessary stress for employees. More focus on petty politics than on actual work-tasks.
