The company enviornment is very good. HR Policies are very supportive for Employees. Work culture is lively ,. All events celebrated with lots of Enthusiasm without harming daily work activities.

Dislikes

Sometimes IT issues and sometimes working hours are more ( but it's compensated in Salary)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
