As all 1 is good, But I had my bad experience with my senior management it just because of few peoples.not everyone is on same page. But due to few people m leaving experience is bad, As I word with the organisation 4 year approx but as per the HR notice if any employee left company need to put 15 days resignation period. I had completed but after that. Now I have been 3 month approx my exit letter not signatures by ARH and manager. And not spare a single min for m.
