The employees lived up to the principle of 'Happy to Help'. A thorough induction was done for all new joiners, as well as frequent training. Jobs were secure as long as you performed. If you were mobile, your career growth had more options. Appraisals & salaries were satisfactory. Travel was dependent on roles but when any employee traveled, s/ he was taken care of. Politics was at a minimum. Continuous learning was encouraged. Work environment was conducive to productivity. Innovation was encouraged. Work-life balance was never an issue....Read More

Dislikes

The company I left was different from the one I had joined. Politics had crept in, pitching teammates against each other. Jobs were no longer secure due to headcount rationalization. Career growth & appraisals started getting affected by politics. The culture took a hit.
