Idea is a very Good Company to work. Company policy, vision , Support compensation and Infra are on top of the Industry. It is always a Dream company to work. I would love to work again in this group but not in Regional office Mohali.

Dislikes

In Idea, Specially in Punjab. HR function is Silent Department & Lakir ka Faqir only. They cant see, what is happening on Ground. Top Management talks about rootless things, they always minimise the field working staff & saves the Chamchas. Managers are getting the Cars & Car allowances but no one is using their cards for company use. Mostly they enjoy their Juniors Car. Even they force them to Pick & drop them from their houses....Read More

Work Details

My job & performance was good always. But i was not good in Boss Management. So my productivity was shown to somenody else account. It you are good in Boss Management, you can servive in the Company even with Zero Performance
