Let me start with the positive side, it's a great company. Offer lots of benifits and allowances. It performs well and will also do well in future too. Good stack of products.

Dislikes

Politics, no empathy, no culture, no human value. it's the people/politics that makes environment toxic. Job security is poor. There is no confidence being seeded in the employee mind despite good performance. Work culture is only on the papers. There is no human values and team bondin g. It's purely driven on work and job. Company provides great benifits like nearly 30 leaves per year (casual, vacation and sick) pandemic leaves. But, there are people who work even with Covid. They have the mentality to ask other colleagues on the necessity to take 3- 4 days off. No work life balance due to the people. Expect to work with people who may ask you to work with Covid. There is nepotism. Some managers bring less qualified without proper interview process. Kindly expect some laggers in your team who may add more burden. Management is clueless to define foles and responsibilities. They hoose a policy and try to fit everyone to adhere to that policy. If you can handle politics, then you can thrive in this toxic environment and reap the good side/benifits of this great company.
