Overall experience is fine in India mart leap process Ankit sir will always support at the end, even for pres-shift he can can scold for performance but any how at the end he will support and guidance

Company does not have EPF, system and floor feels like 3rd class call center no more growth also now a days 5 days working on almost all shift here is 6 days suggestion atleast needs to do 5.5 day working

The Hr team is very much supportive and always encourages to do better. The TL are good and always there to help you.

The manager over there has only one target to do sale... He is always in every sentence of his conversation focus on sale, doesn't matter what is the situation.

All things are good. I work in vikalp 3 years . But suddenly some rude on call that's why I will terminated. It's completely my fault but company is very good specially for fresher who actually want learn that how a professional environment culture properly work.
