A stress-free working system prevails in this steel plant.Greenness and cleanliness of the environment is given first priority.There is a good atmosphere between the officer and the worker.Quarters are in good condition with all facilities.

Lack of necessary cooperation from central government. No wage revision.Wage revision has not happened since 2017.
