While my experience at VivaOps was overwhelming positive, one area that could be improved is the clarity of communication on certain projects. As a marketing Intern, there were moments when expectations or timelines weren't clear, leading to some confusion. However, this also provided an opportunity to ask questions and learn how to manage ambiguity, which ultimately helped to grow professionally.
