Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

First the MD Daniel victor such a worst person who doesn’t have any capacity to be an MD. The way he gives hikes and bonus is depends on gender . The guy doesn’t show any respect to the persons who work. All he need is to listen to his speech . He can speak for 3 hrs he can make us wait to listen his speech but if u guys speak and make friends in other team you’ll get fired . You’ll get fired for no reasons. The only way to sustain there is by putting jalra. The next Rhoda and Latha Daniel the worst unfit members for their respective roles.
