Only good part is on time salary.

Dislikes

It was a nightmare working at Vistra ITCL BKC office. Only those who are thick skinned and have no self respect would be a cultural fit to this terrible company. Pathetic work culture as employees are not considered as human beings. You have to stretch everyday, the company rewards and encourage late sitting. If you come and leave on time, they consider you to be a bad employee and they are going to hate you. But If you come to office late and you sit till late even though you have put in some productive hours, you are a superb employee. That's the culture. They will try to make your work on weekends and most holidays. Very very difficult to get leaves. They will ask personal questions if you ask for a leave. And if you refuse to work on weekends, you are their target for hatred and absolutely rude behaviour. Not working on holidays is not an option. Most chances are your manager is thinking of you as a slave. Again that's the culture. This experience affected my mental health....Read More
