The office environment is healthy.

No one has equal work pressure some one has too much work and sometimes some one ask other colleagues to give work. No stability in working system Everytime changing work procedure they want to develop the procedure but at this stage sometimes employee gets frustrated. The one who has no work even though they they are showing false data that he has so much work. And some manager take the over responsibility without asking there team members to show there abilities.
