Assistant Manager- Transfer pricing

Role & responsibilities

• Scoping and delivery (within existing International Tax Advisory team) of multi-country Transfer Pricing advisory opportunities and solutions to existing client base, with supportive commercial sales team.

• Managing and delivering global Master File/Local File projects and advising on global Transfer Pricing documentation requirements.

• Transfer Pricing policy review and design, functional analysis interviews and supply / value chain analysis within the context of global documentation projects.

• Preparation of benchmarking analyses across goods & services / IP / loans and industry analysis reports.

• Full range of Transfer Pricing advisory matters and opportunities to expand the team and delivery of Transfer Pricing work, across Vistra.

Preferred candidate profile

• A quick learner and self-motivating personality
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
• Excels in project management, people management, and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Global Transfer Pricing specialism 3+ years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience.
• TNMM benchmarking experience with the Moodys (BvD) database and the local Indian benchmarking databases.
• Experience in delivering Master File/Local File documentation engagements.
• Proactive and self-motivated, professional and commercial outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Minimum qualification required - Graduate
• Chartered Accountant (or in progress) is preferred
