As per my experience, I worked in top most MNCs in the country and this company is my worst experience. So nothing to like about.

Yes a lot! Let me share my experience: When I joined the company, they promised a lot of things regarding work and salary when I joined in Bangalore office. Being an outsider for Banglore, I rented a house and settled there and within a month of joining they asked me to go Mumbai without any prior information and didn’t even pay for my ticket and extra baggage which was total around Rs 23000. Now started my real struggle, they provided me a hotel in mumbai and asked me to pay for that as well but at that time I requested them to do that as I didn’t had much funds. For which I had to request a lot to HR. Now as I was in deputation in mumbai, new to the city struggled a lot with finding home and finances to which I was not told earlier while joining and no help from Company. Now I joined my client office there where they lost there project in two months and they asked me to look for another job. Work is good. Only on Monday there will High volume for particular process ( Mortgage). Performance incentives all very good.

No job security. Process shutdown. Due to technical issues not got proper payment in correct time. Received all incentive after 2 months that was terrible. Management could more effeciant. Taking care by top management is very less. No one on one conversation with managers or team leads. Work environment could be more better. Also the cafeteria , there is no food in cafeteria for night shift people, have to go to another cafeteria. Only one side cab ( only for female employees). Nothing to like about this company. Worst policies ever. They cheat you with tricky offer letter itself. Don't join here this company spoils your career. Many employees are under pressure knowing the fact that their jobs are NOT SECURED. Better to ignore this company When you get free time during work they assign you Indexing documents work to make sure you have 100% productivity. This is absolutely simple and boring task where 5th class child can do it no matter you are B.com, B.sc, B.E, B.TECH OR M.B.A graduate still u have to do it. But targets is too high where employees resign with this work pressure. You should be ready to do whatever job they assign. They don't care about your previous experience where you have expertise, They train employees on different processes and treat them as a football so you should work in different teams in a day. If you already have experience in any MNC COMPANY then definitely you should not join this company, because they don't know corporate culture. This company and their clients are just like china products, you don't know when it stops their operations. That means definitely NO JOB SECURITY Projects get shutdown without notice. They don't pay salary even after working for complete month. For the April-2022 month there were around 20 ppl in my team with salary of less than 3k paid for entire month there is no prior notice to employees. Internet allowance, laptop allowance- please do not ask them, they don't even know what it means. No Induction at the time of joining, so you never know their policies and worst HR TEAM exists here. This company fools you by showing 4200/- per month as ICP (performance based incentive) added within CTC which they don't pay. It means if you accept their offer you are loosing that amount every month....Read More
