POSITION SUMMARY

Should be able to perform type Title search report by referring the write-up sheet and search package.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be able to read and understand the Title documents.
• Should be able to capture the data from appropriate location
• Should be able to type the report without any typographical error

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Title Typing
• Basic knowledge on Title Insurance/Mortgage process
• Should be able to type 35-40 words per min and an accuracy of 97%.
• Should be able to read the document and analyze
• Typing skill
• Flexibility
