Overall everthings are very bad there only those can work who really not getting job anywhere else.

Work culture, HR not responding to employees, there is no ethical behavior at all everything only on paper or portal to show case and they can cheat. Working hours there is no limit and personal life will get disrupted. A lot have to say but not willing to write.

just salary come on time, but it could be with the surprises of deductions

everything, Complete Manipulation in everything inside store by company even company top Managment people are involve in managing wrong inventory in system. Company LP Team is doing fraud with help of Store peoples, culture is very bad, working hours more than 14 hours in a day no holiday, way of talking of senior Managment peoples is ruthless, Area Manager forcing to sale with wrong practices, Party with own expanses it is big surprises, no reweds and resonations I ever seen in years, worst organization, worst experience, words Culture, worst people, No Job security any one from HO Team can ask you to left the store without any reason , and HR is in sleeping after employe onboarding, HR know everything but don't react Bec HR is only for Name, nothing more than this ,,,...Read More

Don’t join vishal mega mart if even you don’t have other options as it’s totally Lalla’s company and there is no any kind of policy for employees….they will fire you any time without any notice….

Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm
