. We are improve first of find mager points from where more and more shrinkage then put on securities camaras more and more and also aware all staffs for shrinkage that is catagory wise staffs.
. We have security guard in exit point and check in proper ways match to bill to items to billing.
. We aware to all staffs that when customers enter then staffs asks trolley and basket if not need trolley or basket still staffs go with costumers.
. In billing counter boy time to have in bags necessary count qty and match to system bill qty.
