Everything is disliked Never hire any employee from Vishal mega Mart in Bangalore location whether it's area manager store manager department manager or sales staff. Reasons are lack of integrity area manager (amrutesh, Rajat,and Ashok)should get minimum 10k every month from the stores which is under managed by them due to which all store manager show do fake shrink and fake cash short and fake billing and if the store manager caught they will be threatened by this people and removed from the job at the same time store manager make extra fake journal entry and take the cash. It's been 5years all of them built a home from this type money and lack of knowledge no clarity is there what needs to be done on the job No SOP are there to follow store manager are not even worth to be a department manager outside companies like reliance and max and abfrl. Every day harrassment at work by area and store manager if employee says any thing which as per the process.no shift timings.for approving attendance area manager asks 500 per day commission.no inventory all the time fake inventory is shown by store and area managers...Read More
