Managers they do not have proper knowledge here: mostly are non-technical; For new joinee it's a big problem and new employee has to work day and night. I am real example: 9:30 morning I need to attend meeting then again night at 9:30 need to attend the call: and also I need to connect onsite guys: what a joke they are doing with employees.

Firing employees. No transparent appraisal rating . Resource might work 2shifts . One day time another till 10 to11pm . One person Work used to start 9 am to handle Indian development activities and ends at 10 pm to support USA team . Many legacy applications you might work .

No job security. You can be fired any day on spot. Micro management from top to down Bad quality work. All projects in Bangalore are maintenance projects. Stay away from this company. They attract employees with high packages and then destroy their career.
