There is no good project to work on. Team is just trying to get some work anyhow. No good work culture. You will have to work in your working time and then connect with US team for call in night. Process is very tiring for even a small task.

Too much politics and friction between teams. There is a culture where people want others to fail rather than working for the customers. 2 days worth of work takes 15 days to complete due to various process.
