Interns were not given fair treatment or sufficient time & training for handling new tasks within deadlines which is difficult when the nature of the task is not completely known.

The exposure one has with leaders, you get to understand their mindset, figure out how the big decisions get taken. It increases the business knowledge. Also since it's a startup, things are constantly moving which leads to tremendous learning because what worked in the past might not work now at a bigger scale. It constantly forces the mind on innovation

Amazing work and learning environment. Very supportive colleagues who got out of their way to help for small or big deliverables.
