Company is fine, the model seems.liek scalable.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Nit very customer oriented. They make their own rules as per their convience. Promotions are not as per performance but as per relationships you share with management. Very biased

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
