Virbac is a excellent company specially for freshers. They gives much opportunities for learning & personal growth as per your skills. Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

As in starting they hired on third party role for sales department & HR department both. That's why appraisal are not fair & transparent. For back office their are no carrier growth & their are no connection with upper level management or HR department. Salary & carrier growth are slow.

Company is so good. They provide your salary & reimbursement on time. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training for back office persons. I learnt everything on the job
