Incredible culture. Virbac is no -1 company in India. HO management is good. After college I have learnt lots of things in professional as a personal life.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. After resignation company behavior is not good. They are creating problems in pf withdrawal .

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
