Politics:- If you want to have sane life and want to relax after coming from the shift forget that as the politics in this company is through the roof, I have been working in this company for a mere 3months now but the mental pressure is brutal, they don't think about you as an individual they think you are machine who will give them required results automatically they don't even ask how you are or if you are having some difficulties in working or not absolute waste of time working for this company. 3. Work/life balance:- Forget about having a work/life balance, you have to work 9hours a day and that too in local retail stores which make you work like a machine with no regard to your health.
