Earlier there was a good environment to work but in last two years the scenerio has totally be changed.

Dislikes

Since last two years company's higher management has taken so many decisions which is against to their subbordinàte staffs.even they have forced to subordinate staffs during this pandemic situation.The employees are given their best efforts on the last day's but during lockdown they threw their employees.

Work environment is satisfactory. Company office infrastructure is not good but the culture is good. Company compensation policies is all good.

Most of staff and management are active e for work and report when employee areready to move on for home mostly they started work after 6 pm No eticecal manner in management

Colleagues were supportive, that is the only thing to be like .

Politics at its peak, you will never be allowed to take initiative but your ideas will help your seniors to take applause, if you discuss anything with your manager it will automatically get to the ears of top management. All they want to make their numbers by playing cheap politics.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
