The company has built very good infrastructure at Shameerpet facility. But there is no culture which is very positive.

Dislikes

No Job security, completely corrupted by own family members. They do not encourage any positive and open culture as such. Very timid, bossy oriented culture. Has nothing to learn from them.

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as I have to look after the entire gamut of HR operations. There was no much innovation in the work routine recruitments in a rampant manner. No strategy for recruitment, and no selection criteria

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
