The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 - 13 hours straight in a day Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, i do receive appreciation email from center manager and employee's, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, your job is not secure in this company.
