Hires managers without prior experience in handling teams laced with micromanagement. Shift- The rotation period is every month which takes a toll on the body clock. When leaving the company you will have to send them back the items you receive at your own expense. There is no stipend to buy things which you could use to set up yourhome office. The India HR is a JOKE. Practically they will behave like someone to whom you lent out money and they vanish not responding to your emails and calls is their agenda. Worst onboarding experience no proper guidance while onboarding. Lack of proper training materials while expecting to work on every vertical. The lack of direction as a product makes the support activity repetitive and hectic. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
