Hires managers without prior experience in handling teams laced with micromanagement. Shift- The rotation period is every month which takes a toll on the body clock. When leaving the company you will have to send them back the items you receive at your own expense. There is no stipend to buy things which you could use to set up yourhome office. The India HR is a JOKE. Practically they will behave like someone to whom you lent out money and they vanish not responding to your emails and calls is their agenda. Worst onboarding experience no proper guidance while onboarding. Lack of proper training materials while expecting to work on every vertical. The lack of direction as a product makes the support activity repetitive and hectic. The Salary and the hike is above market standards. The product has a strong niche in the video hosting market, particularly for professionals and businesses.

Their product is great but due to the lack of skill development, the job feels monotonous. Due to the monthly shift rotation, we get disrupted sleep patterns and circadian rhythms, leading to fatigue and potential health issues, poor work-life balance due to constantly changing schedules and a decline in productivity.
