Village Talkies is a pretty awesome place to work. The management is very approachable and they encourage everyone to speak up and share ideas. It's the company is all about growth, with lots of opportunities to learn and develop. I had a flexible working hours which makes me achieve work life balance. I liked the suggestions given by the teammates for the future benefit and the teamwork ,they use to give main priority to health that thing i liked it.
