...onths due to my ill fate. Fell for the false promises made during the interview. Though I was offered a meagre salary, I was eager to learn and joined with great enthusiasm. But sadly I lost some of my precious brain cells working here. Had to dumb down literally to work at this place. You are expected to be "flexible" since you are working for a "creative company", but don't ever expect to be compensated. If you're not stretching your time in the office you are not working hard enough. Forget work-life balance, hobbies, family, and friends. No PF scheme, which is surprising as organisations with 20 or more employees are required to register for the EPF scheme by law. No severance when they kick you out without any notice. Phantom "admin team". Expected to work from the office with not even basic facilities provided. You have to sit in a cramped up office, with no good washroom facility, no canteen, and not even a decent place to eat your lunch. Working here was like going back to school. Expect to be treated like a school child with all your activities and breaks closely monitored. Pathetic leave policies. They expect to serve two months' notice when you resign but are laid off with just a week's notice. You are lied to about a founder's demise being the reason for the layoff. Overall the worst experience working here.

They provide salary on time Experience certificate received on time I think they are a company for skillful employees - If you are good at what you do, they will help you improvise your skills and train you on the job with live animation projects. Flexible with leaves and they want you to just complete the projects on time. If you do that, they will provide all the flexibility, can work on my timings and complete projects as per deadline.

...evelop. I had a flexible working hours which makes me achieve work life balance. Payment received on time and had a decent salary hike as well. I learnt a lot by involved with challenging animation projects. Every project is unique and my learning curve is always up. I feel great by part of this great work atmosphere.

Dislikes

No dislikes. This company is ideal for individuals who are creative and passionate. If you are not interested in learning and trying new things everyday, this may not be the best fit for you. If you are looking for time filling job then better look for other options

I liked the suggestions given by the teammates for the future benefit and the teamwork ,they use to give main priority to health that thing i liked it.

...on but they are making us to do only on their domain whcih is not related to us.when it comes to salary i felt so bad that they mentioned in internshala like they will pay 15k per month as it was fake,they are paying lessthan 5k......

They give leaves when we are sick and don't ask questions which is good Good work timings as it works for me 10 to 7 mostly, sometimes when there is deadline we need to extend, when there are no projects/deadlines we can leave early Every month they give rewards & recognition and employee of the month Quiet and peaceful place to work which is required for creative work
