I joined as a fresher when I joined here. I just knew the tools, however the senior colleagues and management team guided me really well. All are very supportive and friendly... I always received salary on time and had periodic hikes as well at regular intervals... Thanks to the VT team for this wonderful experience.

I dint like anything about company

Dislikes

They don't think about employees, and they dont recognize efforts of workers, when i was working they removed me without valid reason. They dint even sent me notice of removing too. I really did not experienced this kind pf company in my lifetime.

If you are an efficient and competent worker this place isn't for you. If you want to learn, earn and grow this place isn't for you. This place is only for freshers who are looking for some kind of experience to start with and are okay with being exploited. Worked here for 7 months due to my ill fate. Fell for the false promises made during the interview. Though I was offered a meagre salary, I was eager to learn and joined with great enthusiasm. But sadly I lost some of my precious brain cells working here. Had to dumb down literally to work at this place. You are expected to be "flexible" since you are working for a "creative company", but don't ever expect to be compensated. If you're not stretching your time in the office you are not working hard enough. Forget work-life balance, hobbies, family, and friends. No PF scheme, which is surprising as organisations with 20 or more employees are required to register for the EPF scheme by law. No severance when they kick you out without any notice. Phantom "admin team". Expected to work from the office with not even basic facilities provided. You have to sit in a cramped up office, with no good washroom facility, no canteen, and not even a decent place to eat your lunch. Working here was like going back to school. Expect to be treated like a school child with all your activities and breaks closely monitored. Pathetic leave policies. They expect to serve two months' notice when you resign but are laid off with just a week's notice. You are lied to about a founder's demise being the reason for the layoff.
