Company wants to take all advantages from the employee but don't want to give any appraisal, promotion, only selected people get promoted. Environment of this company is looks like employees are slave for them. Every year policy change, nothing fix, nothing in written. Single men driven company

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
