Some managers increase your inefficiency and inspire you also they will teach you handling pressure with ease and you will be able to perform well but in west pune lots of politics is there while some managers are true leaders others like vipul shinde also junior engineer shivam shinde are arrogant and disrespectful vipul shinde plays politics and thats how he has become manager he has no technical knowledge but demeaning others to show his own work and using his junior like donkey is his specialty and managers in west support him...Read More

Company politics is worst . Do not join west sites of this company where managers like belgaonkar and vipul shinde think they are god. Vipul shinde even targets junior engineers who go there to learn he spread lies about them in senior management. Management need to look into this.
