Management decision changed in 1 day. After giving you offer letter they able to cancel it next day. If you want to join this company after serving your notice period you may not able to join the company because management decision can change anytime. In sorts you lose you past and present job if you prefer this company to join after watching the best pay package. I am example of one guy within many people who affted like this.
