Company policies are very poor. They make new rules in covid to pressurized their employees to follow them.

There is a bond of 3 years. They also takes security cheque of 2 months salary from their employees.salary is less than work load.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
