Working in VDC is like a brand to our career. Work environment and culture is very good here and we can balance our professional and family life too. Whole Teammates, office staff are very supportive and job security is assured. Rest all is good and I would definitely recommend everyone that it's a wonderful place to learn and grow.

Few policies are common to all staff which should not be applied to marketing field staff like 9 hours job and biometric punch in punch out compulsory to claim days attendance. Daily allowance are very low and expenses structure for marketing is not sufficient. Annual increments or incentives are very poor. This needs to increase sothat experience staff is retained. Management should listen to our ideas to improve work flow by adapting new software and technology or they should be ready to make some modifications in present system so that our work become easy and more productive....Read More

At Vijaya diagnostic Centre people join only to get some experience else there is no job security and zero satisfaction. Job here looks like you are working in a family type of business where any one can take decision any time including they may ask you to leave without any reason. Work is too much and Salary is peanuts. Most unprofessional company with no ethics and value for employees. This company has the highest attrition rate of employees leaving the company for no specific reasons. Work here, only if you are not capable of doing nothing anything good. Employees here has less knowledgeable, no growth, in capable of doing nothing but good at donkey job or courier or delivery boy job. Management needs only those type of guys and hire them at shit price. If you are one of them then this is the right place for you.
