I am Working Hyderabad Some One Branch as a billing Executive... Except Branch Manager REAMING all Staff Do not use Mobiles Enter the Branch. Our Mobiles Going to Locker. After 9 Hourscomplete your shift Take Your Mobile. It's A New Rule. And Not Provide Single Cup of Tea to employees to Manegement. If you Seek On duty time or any Emergency work that Day absent No option Apply any Leave... One Day Before Apply any leave. Salary increment very low Only 500 to 1200 every March. Almost All Companies Provide to employees Free Annual Health Check ups... But VDC not Provided any Free Health Check up To Employees.Two Months Notice Period. Firstly Vijaya name is enough Moreover the organisation is consistently updating their equipments which are highly automated and provides good accuracy about all health issues

As it is a very big organisation Vijaya fail to solve the minor issues or complaints of the doctors instantly, Vijaya will take action only when doctors won’t allow their employees into the cabin.
