1) No job security 2) If you are working at corporate office , there is dirty politics & egoistic people surrounding who keeps on complaining about you. 3) Travel & other policies keeps of changing every day. 4) no proper guidence or proper communication between reporting managers. 5) Senior have spyies to monitor new comers and blames simply. 6) no salary punctuality . 7) Your KRA allotted during joing with be disturbed and involved by other departments employee with permission of senior management. 8) There is no process of work, complete family business culture being a corporate company. 9) Insufficient allowances to senior joinees 10) Unrealistic expectations and change of policies and terms every month. 11) No Holiday /Half day on Saturday. 12) even if you are allocated with some travel budget, for even Rs.100/- you need to take CEO approval. 1.No proper salary hikes 2.No health insurance 3.No canteen/Refreshments 4.Heavy work load 5.No budget for training and employee skill enhancement. 6.More bossism 7. poor knowledge old employees are in senior positions 8. Worst audit department. Having targets to cut the salaries of employees. 9. More domination from senior employees who are so called senior managers 10. After resignation settlements take six months for employees from HR department also 11. On the name of HR Rules higher management behaves ruthlessly with employees. 12. Travel policy is worst. We need to bear from our own pockets 13. In COVID time when employees are sick, salaries were deducted without any mercy. 14. Semi skilled people only will work for longer periods 15. My experience with Vijaya was terible I regret joining thr. Vijaya has the worst employee attrition. If you want a stable career and if you're serious about it then don't join Vijaya.

Firstly Vijaya name is enough Moreover the organisation is consistently updating their equipments which are highly automated and provides good accuracy about all health issues

Dislikes

As it is a very big organisation Vijaya fail to solve the minor issues or complaints of the doctors instantly, Vijaya will take action only when doctors won’t allow their employees into the cabin.
