This is the Semi Government Department,,,, here if any govt. employee make any mistake, then the Management will punish Outsourcing workers only not regular employee.....this kind of uncultural activities are there in Vijaya Dairy

If regular employee does not like a outsourcing employee, immediately without discussion, without any reason, they will terminate that outsourcing employee, Vijaya Dairy Profit is very high, still they will say as Diary is in Loss, Every Arrears, D.A, P.A Increments will be applicable for Regular employee as equal to State Govt. Rules,,,, But Dairy wont give any additional benefits to Outsourcing employee those who are working hardly in all the shifts.
