I have been working with Vidyalankar for the last 4 years and it has been a great company to work with. The role I do is a mix of sales and operations which is good as we get to learn and do both. I like the fact that we get to meet many students and parents and help them to make the correct decision for their career :)

Dislikes

Nothing really. I think they can only improve on more employee benefits.

The way they train new jonnies is outstanding. Transparency between organization and Employee. Self disciplined work culture with flexible working hrs.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. It is my first job and the first company which hired me while I was on a job hunt. I loved the environment and my working space. Vidyalankar is also a good place to give your career a good start as they encourage new joinees. The staff and HRD are quiet cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

Telling about dislikes would be like cherry picking. Yes there are a lot of cons but it can be improved.
